Veterans For Claire
A message from Brigadier General (Ret.) Jack Fox:
Welcome to Veterans for Claire! We are recruiting and, for the reasons outlined below, I hope you will sign up in supporting Claire Chase for Congress.
Claire is a 3rd generation military family member. Among any candidate running for office in New Mexico today, Claire best knows, loves and understands the needs of New Mexico’s Veterans, active duty members, and their families. No matter your politics, whether you are Republican, Independent or Democrat, whether you are a veteran and/or active duty military member, spouse or family, Claire is unique in this Congressional race to represent you best.
Claire’s grandfather Colonel Jim Manatt was a distinguished World War II combat pilot, finishing his career as Commander, Holloman Air Force Base, Alamogordo, NM. Her father Jim Manatt, Jr. was an active duty Military Intelligence officer during the Vietnam era. Her brothers Robert and Ben Manatt both served in combat, Robert aboard the USS Stennis during the Persian Gulf War and Ben in Afghanistan with the 920th Combat Engineers.
I have a special and long-time knowledge of Claire and her family. She was one of my cadets as Commandant, New Mexico Military Institute many years ago. I have watched Claire grow and mature into a wonderful next-generation leader, more than up to the challenge of making America and New Mexico great again as your Representative in Congress.
Importantly, Claire’s public service as Senior Legislative Assistant to Congressman Steve Pearce included work for New Mexico Veterans and their issues. She has a strong understanding of the issues we face. She will hit the ground running on day one for you.
I hope you will join me in supporting Claire Chase for Congress. She will be a tremendous advocate for New Mexico’s Veterans, active duty members, and their families.
